Project: CNC Simulator


Description:

It was internship program done at Kennametal Widia ltd., second largest tool manufacturing company in Asia.

As a team of engineers we were given freedom to come up with any idea that could help them in their pre – production plan for purchasing of tools and expedite the initial process.

As a result we came up with idea of creating pre – production simulation tool.

It was an environment in which Conventional Lathe workers could easily program and could get the top view of the right shape of the tool. This helped them to visualize how it would look and to estimate how much it would cost before buying it.

Description:

It was a project created during my early days when I came across c++ programming language. Main purpose was to fulfil daily needs to solve complex numbers related problems. It does basic operations like adding, subtraction, multiplication, division, magnitude and the angle between two complex numbers.

Project: Vector Analysis


Description:

The project was done at Central Power Research Institute, leading government firm situated at Bangalore, India in the field of electricals and electronics.

Initial idea was to do a research based study in calculating power in 3 phase 3 wire system using two watt meter method. During months of research , I came up with the idea of using the concepts of vector analysis and created a simulation tool to calculate power with high accuracy.

Project: Enhanced download manager


Description:

It was a software that I helped to develop as an intern at Pacific IT solutions.

My main purpose was to learn more about object oriented programming. As a result I learned Java and worked on something constructive at a same time.

It was an intuitive software that helped user download applications faster and managed their day -to-day data with proper organization and user customized reminders.
